NPCC's Attendance Policy


Submission of MCs

All cadets must submit their MCs to their respective Squad ICs during the subsequent parade. Those who fail to submit an MC after 3 weeks of the parade, will be issued an LOA (Leave Of Absence) form which needs to be signed by your parent/guardian.


MC Submission Procedure

1. MC & Excuse Letters will be collected every parade training during attendance taking.

2. A notice will be given via respective WhatsApp Batch groups asking cadets to submit their MC & Excuse Letters.

3. Having given MC & Excuse Letters, they will be given a ‘Excused’, E, only after their MC has been approved. Excuse letters must be signed by respective parties (Eg. Parents / Teacher-In-Charge of external CCA/Course)

4. Cadets are only given 2 weeks from the date they were absent to submit their MC or Excuse Letters. After which their Excuse Letter/MC will be deemed as invalid and they will be given a ‘Absent without Valid Reason.

5. If you encounter problem with your attendance, please inform any Cadet Leader.

6. **MCs are preferred over Excuse Letters.


If there are any problems with your attendance, be sure to inform your level's Teacher Officer to get the issue rectified.
