To develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with the Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.
To become the best youth organisation in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest place in the world.
R - Resilience
I - Integrity
S - Service
E - Excellence
Our training philosophy is anchored in NPCC’s mission and vision, with the goal of bringing out the best in every member.
This framework charts a clear and progressive learning journey, beginning with a cadet’s initiation at Secondary 1 and growing toward leadership by the end of the secondary school experience, with the potential to continue on to become an officer of the Corps.
Our NPCC curriculum focuses on the following five aspects: law enforcement, leadership, resilience, national education and personal development.
Our NPCC Activities
Our cadets proudly uphold discipline and school spirit as they represent NPCC at Founders’ Day, National Day and other commemorative events.
Campcraft training builds resilience and teamwork as cadets learn knots, shelters and outdoor survival skills through hands-on practice.
The Adventure Training Camp challenges cadets to step out of their comfort zones and grow in confidence, leadership and camaraderie.
CSI activities develop sharp observation and analytical thinking as cadets learn to examine evidence and solve simulated crime cases.
Through the PYA programme, cadets partner with their NPC to promote anti-crime awareness and contribute to community safety initiatives.
Crime Prevention training nurtures socially responsible youths who take ownership of safety and security for themselves and those around them.
Shooting training teaches cadets focus, precision and responsibility while reinforcing safety as the top priority.
Basic Law modules help cadets understand Singapore’s justice system and what it means to be responsible citizens.
The Inter-Unit Drill Competition showcases precision, discipline and teamwork as cadets perform their drills with confidence and pride in pursuit of excellence.
The Leadership and Mentoring Skills Course moulds cadets into leaders who serve, guide and uplift others.
Area 14 Combined Activities bring cadets from different schools together to learn, train and forge friendships through meaningful NPCC experiences.
The SANA programme equips cadets with knowledge about substance abuse and empowers them to advocate for a drug-free lifestyle.
