It was created within the “Improving the quality of digital textbooks and instructional materials” programme jointly implemented by the Institute for Textbooks and Teaching Aids and the UNICEF office in Podgorica. Its primary goal is to serve as an instrument for objective assessment of the quality of digital editions of textbooks and instructional materials.
