Sebagai guru, anda diharapkan menjadi role model yang mempamerkan aspirasi murid. Pertimbangkan aspirasi murid dan bandingkan dengan diri sendiri menggunakan skala 1-10 (refleksi diri tentang tahap kualiti aspirasi yang dinyatakan; 1 yang terendah dan 10 tertinggi) atau secara kualitatif/deskriptif.

Lengkapkan jadual di bawah dengan maklumat sejauh mana konsep Pentaksiran Autentik adalah jelas dan ditunjukkan di sekolah dan apakah langkah seterusnya yang perlu anda lakukan.
Aktiviti 3 : Merancang aktiviti tugasan
Rancangkan satu aktiviti tugasan menggunakan Borang Aktiviti Tugasan yang disediakan. Bentangkan rancangan aktiviti tugasan dalam kelas dan berikan maklum balas konstruktif.
AKTIVITI 4 : Ulasan Video 1- Pentaksiran Autentik
Berdasarkan video 2 yang telah ditonton dan pengetahuan serta kefahaman anda tentang Pentaksiran Prestasi yang diperoleh melalui unit ini, berikan respons yang sesuai kepada soalan yang dikemukakan di bawah dalam ruang yang disediakan. Bincangkan jawapan dalam kumpulan.

Anda dikehendaki melaksanakan aktiviti ini secara berpasangan. Lengkapkan borang senarai semak tugasan Pentaksiran Prestasi di bawah dengan maklumat yang diperoleh daripada tugasan All About Me Scrapbook. Bincang, tulis dan kongsikan cadangan penambahbaikan anda terhadap tugasan tersebut bersama peserta lain. Tandakan (/) pada ruang disediakan dan tuliskan maklumat tambahan dalam ruang catatan jika perlu.

In order to complete this assessment task you will be required to make an “All About Me” Scrapbook. Your scrapbook will contain a range of in class activities that your teacher will help you with. These will include:
Who am I? (an activity about your likes, your dislikes, your family, your hopes and dreams)
What makes me, me? (an activity about the influences on your sense of self)
Change and challenge. (exploring the skills that each of us have for dealing with change and challenge)

Students will be assessed on their ability to:
Complete each component of the scrapbook to the best of their ability.
Describe and analyse the factors influencing their sense of self, through their scrapbook pages.
Use a variety of sentence patterns, writing conventions and a range of vocabulary in their writing.
