Did you know that FFA used to stand for Future Farmers of America? The organization changed its name from "Future Farmers of America" to "National FFA Organization" in 1988 to reflect the growing diversity of agriculture and the organization's broader scope beyond traditional farming.

The official colors of the FFA are national blue and corn gold. The FFA emblem consists of five symbols: a plow, an eagle, a rising sun, a cross section of an ear of corn, and an owl.
The National FFA Organization is the largest youth organization in the country. The FFA provides leadership, personal growth, and career success training through agricultural education. The FFA has chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
