Member Service Agreement 2024-25
This is the agreement that you signed before you began your term of service. The Member Service Agreement outlines all of the terms, conditions, and rules that you are obligated to follow as a Promise Fellow.

Prohibited Activities - Examples and definitions of prohibited activities during active service hours or while wearing AmeriCorps/Alliance merchandise and logos. (There's also a handy slideshow about this linked here!)
Standards of Conduct - Provides guidelines for member behavior both within the Alliance and in compliance with Host Site policies.
Non-duplication and Non-displacement - Outlines further prohibited activities surrounding duplication and displacement at Members' Host Sites.
Suspension and Temporary Leave - Details both voluntary suspension due to inability to serve, and suspension due to felony/drug related charges and violations of standards of conduct.
Exits and Release from Service - Information on three varieties of conclusion of service - successful completion, exit with cause, or for compelling personal reasons.
Discrimination and Non-Harassment Policy - The Alliance's commitment to being a fair and equitable employer, and member protections against discrimination and harassment.
Drug-Free Workplace Policy - Alliance policies on Drug-Free workplaces in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
Reasonable Accommodations - The Alliance's compliance with ADA guidelines and commitment to provide reasonable accommodations to its employees and members, who may submit a reasonable accommodation request form at any time during their service. This form is found in the bullet point below, as well as in the benefits section of this Google site.
