3. Describe a torque as two equal and opposite forces producing rotational motion.

4. Relate torque to angular acceleration.

5. Describe rotational inertia

6. Apply Principle of Conservation of Energy to rotational situations.

7. Apply Principle of Conservation of Angular Momentum to systems with no external torque.
