Where You at?

Located in the former alternative school building for the Medical Lake School District, the MLSD Wellness Center provides community and student support for the area. The Wellness Center is located across from Medical Lake High School, on N Broad St. We provide many services, and are open Monday through Friday. Come stop by or call us if you have any questions!
