清安國小位於山區，學生多以家長接送或交通車通學。校園周邊仍有落石、夜間照明不足等安全隱憂，需要外部資源共同改善。
Ching An Elementary School is located in the mountains. Most students commute by family cars or school bus. There are still safety concerns such as falling rocks and poor night lighting, which require external support to improve.

本校周邊山區道路常有落石情形，威脅師生及社區居民用路安全，盼相關單位協助設置防護措施或加強巡檢。
Falling rocks often occur on mountain roads near our school, endangering students and the community. We hope for protective measures or more frequent inspections.

校門口及部落通學路段夜間照明不足，學生課後或夜間活動有安全疑慮，盼能增設路燈。
Lighting is insufficient at the school entrance and nearby roads. More streetlights are needed to ensure safety for students and residents at night.
