成立組織與計畫
納入家長會與清安分駐所警員，定期召開會議，規劃並檢討交通安全措施。
Formed a committee including PTA and local police; held meetings to plan and review safety actions.

教師增能與教材應用
辦理研習與示範教學，採用靖娟教材並回饋山區差異，調整課程。
Organized workshops and model lessons, used Jing Chuan materials, and adapted to mountain context.

學生活動與情境教學
設置校內號誌、舉辦宣導活動、結合校外教學強調乘車與逃生演練。
Installed signage, held awareness activities, and integrated safety drills into field trips.

家長與社區宣導
家長日宣導酒駕防制與安全帽，並透過粉專與部落群組持續推播。
Promoted no drunk driving and helmet use on Parent Days; shared reminders on social media and community groups.
