In addition to any worksheets, these are other things that can be completed at home. You can access the apps by clicking here or going to www.mjusd.com--students--Clever. Students have been given a Clever badge and have a sticker of it on their homework folders. If you need another Clever badge, please email me.
Lexia: Students should get at least 15 units per week. If your child is behind in reading, have them do extra. The units can be seen at the login screen as seen by the red arrow in the picture.
Reflex Math: Students should earn their "green light" every day. This can only be done once per day so if they missed a weekday, you can make up for it on Saturday or Sunday. It may also be done at home on the weekends to improve math facts. The green light is located in the upper right corner and when it is complete, the circle will look like the picture above. Use the "EL" app to log on.
FRAX: FRAX is also available at the end of October.
Reading: Students should be reading at home as much as possible. They can not take AR tests at home, but they can read at home and test when they return.
Students should have their two library books to read (one chapter book & one picture book).
Students can read on Epic, but many of their books are not AR. Check the website below to see if they are.
Students can also access MyON through the Renaissance App during school hours.
You can check out up to 26 books at the Yuba County Library.

Google Classroom: Check Google Classroom for any missing or assigned work.
On Mondays students write 5 sentences in their "Weekend News" journals. Please do not turn these in because we work on it each week until the end of the year.
If you are leaving town and need work for more than two weeks, contact the office so they can set you up on Independent Studies. If you need work for fewer days, I will do my best to accommodate you. The above assignments can be done, and I usually have our math copied in advance. However, most things are not prepped that far in advance so you may have to wait until your return for some assignments.
