Better skills lowers necessity of using calculators (they're not 'bad' but we need to strengthen our minds).
Notice, I did not put apps such as Photomath, Slader, or Mathway here. In general, these solve problems for you - thus the work is not yours. Consequently, I encourage you to limit or avoid them as your grades are based upon your efforts and skills (not someone else's).
