Earn a graduation cord for Community service
High School Seniors! Have you completed at least 80 hours of community service throughout your high school career? You can receive a graduation cord highlighting the impact you have made on your community. Simply fill out the Community Service Hours Earned (Students Only) form below. Please fill out one form per community service project. Signatures are required to verify hours. Signatures can be submitted by printing the linked Community Service Tracking Form and uploading it into the GoogleForm upon submission.
