Goal: To have 450 personal visits from PAT staff members.
Personal visits are extremely important as it helps the district build relationships with families within the community.
Goal: To screen at least 340 preschool and kindergarten eligible students.
Developmental screenings are used to help identify any delays that a child might have and allows the district the opportunity to provide early intervention with the child. Screening data is also used in preschool and kindergarten class placement.
Goal: For all parents to access and review student grades within Parent Portal.
This metric looks at the raw number of times the Parent Portal was accessed by the student's legal guardian(s), as well as the average number of times the Portal was accessed. Parents are encouraged to access the Portal in order to stay up-to-date on student grades and to review any documents or forms which may need to be updated throughout the school year.
Goal: To have 100% representation at fall parent/teacher conferences for all students.
This goal tracks the number of students who have parents which participate in the fall parent/teacher conferences. This is a non-duplicated count, meaning if a student has two sets of families and both attend, they are still counted as 1 participant.
