By the conclusion of the 2023-2024 school Year, grade level and content area teams will further refine collaborative processes utilizing common assessments and scope and sequences with their Professional Learning Communities.
Interventions based on common assessment data will be utilized in K-12.
District-wide ELA teams will develop common assessments and revise scope and sequences.
By the conclusion of the 2023--2024 school year, K-5 instructional coaches, in collaboration with building and district leadership, will facilitate year 3 of training for the district 3-Year Literacy Plan.
Reader’s Workshop will be fully implemented in K-5 classrooms.
By the conclusion of the 2023-2024 school Year, instructional coaches, building and district administrators will continue to refind instructional feedback processes:
Participate in feedback and coaching labs on high quality teaching indicators.
Participate in four (4) training days focused on delivering effective feedback via the Cognitive Coaching process.
