The numbers presented on the visual represent the percent of certified staff that choose to continue working for the Marshfield R-1 School District. Teachers who retired, and those whose contracts were not renewed, are not included in the count of individuals who left the Marshfield R-1 School District.

The numbers presented on the visual represent the percent of classified staff that began the year employed by the Marshfield R-1 School District choose to continue working for the district throughout the entire schoolyear. Staff who retired, and who had employment terminated, are not included in the count of individuals who left the Marshfield R-1 School District. Non-Certified/Classified Staff includes district secretaries, maintenance and custodial workers, paraprofessionals, school nurses, food service employed by the district, and district bus drivers.
Goal: For teachers to continue education in a field related to their content or in an educationally related area as a way of enhancing their teaching and instruction prowess. Included in this measure are those teachers who have earned their Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate Degree.
Goal: To have at least 50% of staff participate in the yearly Health Risk Assessment offered by the district (as set by our health consortium).
To maintain a healthy staff, and to help reduce health insurance premiums, the district fully supports and encourages all members to participate in the yearly Health Risk Assessment.
