Architect Zoom
Students met with Ms. Beatrix, a medical building architect, to learn about sustainable architectural design in preparation for designing their own buildings.
Our Table
The students collaborated to create a Maya Corn Warrior scarecrow to be transported to and displayed at Our Table Farm in Sherwood.
Watercolor
Each Friday, students learn or practice a new watercolor technique. Once a month, we put them together in a larger project like this month's crocodile/alligator made of wet on wet, salt texture, and wax resist techniques.
Book Buddies
Fifth grade has partnered with 2nd grade again to do weekly Book Buddy time.
Book Buddies
We are building connections through sharing stories. As the year progresses, we'll do science experiments, recess games, and art projects as well.
