MAER's block of rooms at Palace Casino Resort has been secured for Wednesday, 9/18 - Monday, 9/23. Or any combination of those dates.
For our rates, each conference attendee will get in touch with the resort and request MAER identification number 270. The final day to cancel is Sunday, 9/15. Rooms will be pre-charged to the attendee's credit card on Monday, 9/16.
Rooms must be reserved prior to 8am Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

Guest must cancel or make any changes to group reservations at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The Palace Casino Resort will not make any refunds or changes after this 72 hour period. This would need to be communicated no later than 4pm Sunday, September 15, 2024.
