Important Information :
Annual, educational field trip passes for students, to locations such as the zoo, museums, science centers, etc., are approvable during the months of July, August, and September through Enrichment.
Field trips should take place during the school week, during school hours.
Chaperone passes are NOT approvable.
Parking passes to locations, such as county, state, and national parks are not approvable.
While annual field trip passes are approvable during the months of July and August, individual family-led trips should not occur until the first day of school.
Effective October 1st, only daily student admission tickets for family-led field trips will be approvable.

Field trips are viewable beginning the first day of school, August 15.
Field Trips and Events No-Call/No-Show Policy
Our field trips and events are limited in the number of tickets we can offer and we want to make sure that those tickets go to families who will attend. In an effort to ensure all of the tickets available for our field trips and events are utilized, our school has adopted a No-Call/No-Show Policy for families who sign up for a field trip or event and then do not attend the day of the event or notify the field trips team in advance that they will be unable to attend. Once there have been three no-call/no-show incidents, the family will not be able to attend any other field trips for the remainder of the semester. This policy applies to all field trips and paid events, such as liaison-led trips and high school activities.
Viewing & Booking Schedule
Our viewing and booking schedule can be found on the homepage of the Field Trips & Events (FTE) site. You’ll be able to see the viewing schedule, which will allow you to see upcoming field trips and events, and the booking schedule, which will let you know when a field trip or event will go live for you to book tickets. Please be sure to pay close attention to the days and times, as those will vary depending on when the event takes place.
