If you do not receive an email with login information, accounts can be accessed by clicking on the “Forgot Password” feature on the website. Please be sure to read through our school’s Enrichment Guidelines from Homeschool Hub before entering order requests for your students. Please see the Enrichment timeline below for important dates and deadlines. As a reminder, a valid Master Agreement must be on file for each student before any orders can be approved or processed.

How to Report Unreceived Items in Homeschool Hub
for Parents or Guardians
After your student’s Enrichment orders have been processed through Homeschool Hub and requested materials are purchased, you, as a parent or guardian, will receive emails asking you to report any items that have not been received. These emails will be sent several weeks after items are purchased, which will allow time for vendors to receive, fulfill, and ship orders during busy seasons of the year.
Once you receive those emails, if there are items that appear as Processed in your student’s Homeschool Hub account, but which you haven’t received, would you please take the necessary steps below to report these items to the school?
From within each email you receive, please click on the order link to access the order and report missing items.
The link will take you to Homeschool Hub (https://www.mvahomeschoolhub.com). Please log in to your Hub account, and pull up the order with the missing item.
Review each item within the order, and click the checkbox next to each missing item.
On the right side of the screen, at the top of the Order Items section, click the Item/s Not Received button.
Items will not appear differently in the Hub after indicating that they have not been received. However, once missing items have been reported, an email will be sent by the system to the school’s Student Accounts team. The Student Accounts team will reach out to the vendor to investigate the matter and follow up with you, as soon as possible.

25/26 SY Zoom Procedures through Azure
(Ignite Class & Choiceplus Academy)
We are very excited about the start of the 2025/26 school year. We value your family’s safety when using Zoom. Our MVA Tech Team has set up a form of authentication to access certain MVA Zoom meetings to keep our students safe and secure for our students.
The Azure authentication will only be used for classes that require attendance records for synchronous instruction. This includes:
All Ignite Learning classes
All classes in ChoicePlus Academy with Highly Qualified teachers (HQTs)
All classes with Mission to Learn teachers
All classes with Intervention teachers
All classes with EL teachers
*ChoicePlus Academy students begin classes on Monday, 8/19, and will need this authentication to access their classes in Zoom.
RIGHT NOW:
Read this INFORMATIONAL LETTER with steps to help you log in through the authentication (Azure).
Do you know your Windows login? (This is the login info you use to access your school-issued Windows-based computer) You’re good to go! You will use the same login information to sign in to the Zoom rooms listed above during the school year.
I don’t have a school-issued Windows-based computer; what do I do?
Once successfully signed in to Azure, you will have access to the secure Zoom rooms up to 90 days before you have to log in again.

Please note the following formats for continuing and newly enrolled students:
Continuing Students - Email format: [first name initial][last name initial][District ID]@[school].org
Example - js12345@missionvistaacademy.org
New Students - Email format: [District ID]@school.org
Example - 54321@missionvistaacademy.org
DID (District ID) can be found in your Homeschool Hub (blue number to the left of your student's name)
NEW STUDENTS - PASSWORDS
Do you have a new student who is enrolled for the first time this year and needs to log in to their school email and/or Microsoft/Entra (Azure)? Please use the following standard password format to login to their school email account for the first time:
Password format: [First initial of First Name - upper case][Last Name - title case]-[DOB as MMYY][Grade, TK/KN/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12]

**Resetting your Google or Azure password does not reset the other. If you want your Google and Azure passwords to be the same, you will need to reset both to the same password.

The Tech Ticket and follow-up are the responsibility of the parent/ learning coach. Mrs. Ballinger is not able to troubleshoot or diagnose. All school email accounts are needed for processed subscription orders and some enrichment orders (TICKETS & PASSES go directly to your child(ren)'s school email accounts.
