Kandi Thomas, RtI Specialist, Midlothian ISD
"As the Lead RtI Specialist, Tiffany Peterman is well organized, detailed-oriented, and well-versed in best practices for struggling students. She leads a group of 10 interventionists, providing professional development, creating systems and how-to's, facilitating book studies, and supporting their challenges. As the district lead, Tiffany provides me with updates, data analysis, and suggestions to improve our program. Tiffany always goes the extra mile by presenting at our summer academies and creating documents and videos to make life easier for teachers and other interventionists. I know I never have to worry about this group with Tiffany overseeing it! She ensures we are following federal guidelines for RtI and that we are making an impact on struggling students across the district!"

Cari Nix; Assistant Principal Longbranch Elementary, Midlothian ISD
Tiffany is our Interventionist at Longbranch Elementary School. She works with our students daily to provide what is needed to help them progress. The students love going to her classroom and the instruction they receive is superior. In addition to services, she evaluates any students needed for RtI purposes. Tiffany also works well with our teachers and goes above and beyond to help them with their intervention instruction and data collections. She has created presentations to help the teachers. Tiffany leads our RtI meetings for all grade levels. I have never seen a teacher work as hard as Tiffany does in her role. She is definitely a huge asset to our school.
