Support
Need help? Email support@mirakaelstudios.com. Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful; please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Coin packs are optional consumable purchases processed by Apple on iPhone and iPad or Google Play on Android. If a purchase is delayed, reconnect to the internet and reopen the game. For billing or refund requests, use the purchase-support service for the store where you bought the pack. Consumable packs are not restored like a permanent purchase.
Progress can synchronize through iCloud on supported Apple devices. On Android, encrypted Google backup and device transfer are enabled according to your device settings. Google Play Games live synchronization is not enabled in the current Android release candidate; it requires separate service setup. iCloud is not used on Android. “Restart from 0” resets coins and progress, including the synchronized save where applicable; it does not refund purchases. Do not use that option to troubleshoot a purchase.
Slalom World Tour Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This policy applies to Slalom World Tour and its App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, and Google Play testing builds, operated by Mîrakæl Studios LLC. It supplements the studio’s general privacy policy. No Mîrakæl Studios account or in-game social profile is required.
Game saves, backup, and synchronization
The game stores coins, unlocked rides and wings, adventure progress, scores, run records, selected colors, control preferences, audio settings, and related gameplay state on your device.
On Apple devices, when iCloud is available, progress, unlocks, coin-ledger entries, credited purchase identifiers, and reset markers can synchronize through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage associated with your Apple Account. Recent and in-progress runs remain on the device. Not all local settings are part of the synchronized save.
On Android, the operating system’s encrypted Google backup and device-transfer features may back up local gameplay data, credited purchase tokens, and app preferences according to your device and Google Account settings. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games after that service is linked for the app, the game can use a private Play Games saved-game snapshot to synchronize coins, unlocks, adventure progress, scores, and reset markers. Selected rides, colors, controls, audio settings, and recent or in-progress runs are not part of the Play Games snapshot.
These saves are not public player profiles or leaderboards. Apple and Google process cloud, backup, and sign-in data under their own terms and privacy policies. Mîrakæl Studios does not operate an account server for these saves. Without an available platform backup or sync service, progress stays local. Removing the app may erase local information but does not necessarily erase an existing cloud backup or synchronized save.
Optional Game Center on Apple devices
On Apple devices, the game can use Apple's Game Center sign-in and system dashboard. When signed in, the game displays your Game Center display name on the device. Apple handles Game Center account and service data under its own terms and privacy policy. This is optional and separate from iCloud progress synchronization; no studio account is created. Android does not use Game Center.
Purchases
Apple handles coin-pack and non-consumable seasonal-adventure-pass payments through the App Store on Apple devices. Verified season-pass entitlements grant permanent access to the purchased adventure and can be restored through Restore purchases; season passes are not subscriptions. Google handles coin-pack payments through Google Play on Android. The game receives verified transaction information, such as a transaction or order identifier and a purchase token, to grant coins and prevent repeat crediting. The studio does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple and Google may provide sales, installation, refund, and diagnostic reports through their developer services.
Optional rewarded advertising
The game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads. Google’s ad technology may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance diagnostics. This data supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data handling depends on your region, consent choices, device permissions, and advertising settings.
The game asks for an age group before requesting ads; it does not ask for a birth date. On Apple devices, the age-group choice stays on the device and is not included in the iCloud game save. There is no Apple-device personalization preference. On Android, the age-group choice and any available personalization preference are stored on the device and may be included in encrypted Google backup or device transfer, but not the Play Games saved-game snapshot.
Google receives ad-protection and consent signals for ad requests. Requests for players under 18 receive child or under-age-of-consent protections, with personalized ads and remarketing disabled. Under-18 and unknown-age ad requests are restricted to Google's G (General Audiences) content label. Adult requests may include G and PG (Parental Guidance) ads; this does not by itself enable personalization. These filters do not guarantee an advertised app's store age rating.
Before an age choice, optional ads are not requested. On Android, choosing “Prefer not to say” keeps optional video ads off. On Apple devices, that choice allows optional G-rated videos with the same protections as “Under 16,” without an Apple tracking-permission request. Google still processes permitted technical data for protected or non-personalized ads. You can play with any choice. Changing the age group invalidates cached ads before the next request; on Android it also clears any personalization opt-in.
On iPhone and iPad, Slalom World Tour does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites. Ads are always non-personalized for every age group. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not access IDFA, and has no personalized-ads option. Publisher personalization and Google’s publisher first-party identifier are disabled. Non-personalized ads still involve the permitted technical data processing described above.
On Android, ads are non-personalized by default. Players who select “18 or older” may separately enable “Allow personalized ads” in Settings, subject to their regional consent choices. The Android publisher first-party identifier is disabled unless adult personalization and all other applicable requirements are satisfied.
Where required, Google’s consent form offers consent, decline, and options to manage purposes and partners. The game checks whether ads may be requested before initializing the ad service. You can keep playing without watching rewarded ads. Use “Ad privacy” in Settings to change the age group and, on Android where offered, the personalization preference. Use “Regional ad privacy choices” when available to revisit Google’s consent choices. Declining optional advertising choices does not reduce the reward for a completed video. Non-personalized ads still involve permitted technical data processing.

The consent form identifies participating advertising partners and applicable choices. The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise GPS location for advertising.
Sharing and your choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures to Google and its partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws; the advertising choices above apply where offered. We do not promise that advertising is data-free. Game saves are not intentionally supplied to advertisers as a player profile.
You can decline rewarded ads, manage available ad privacy choices, manage platform backup or cloud storage through Apple or Google settings where supported, sign out of Google Play Games, or contact us with a privacy request. A confirmed “Restart from 0” clears gameplay progress and propagates a reset to connected synchronization services where supported. Credited purchase identifiers may be retained to prevent the same consumable purchase from being credited again.
Support, retention, and security
If you contact us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you provide. We use these to respond, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes. Apple, Google, and advertising providers retain their data under their own policies. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us; we may verify your request. We generally cannot retrieve or edit your private device, iCloud, Android backup, or Play Games saved-game data remotely.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no device or service is completely secure. Protect your device and platform account. Providers may process information in countries other than yours.
Children and policy changes
Slalom World Tour is intended for a mixed audience aged 9 and older, including children. A neutral age-group screen controls optional advertising protections; it does not verify identity or require a birth date. Under-18 and unknown-age users are not opted into personalized advertising. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information to the studio, so we can review it and take appropriate action. We will update this policy when practices change and revise the effective date.
