How Mirakael Studios handles information across its website, games, and applications.

Mîrakæl Studios Privacy Policy

Mîrakæl Studios develops games and applications, including Slalom World Tour, Moji Masquerade, Your Person, and Your Word: Bible Journal, and operates the Mîrakæl Studios website. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, apps, support services, and TestFlight builds that link to it.

Privacy at a Glance
■ We do not sell personal information for money. Slalom World Tour advertising data is described in its app-specific policy.

■ Your Person, Your Word, and Moji Masquerade do not contain third-party advertising. Slalom World Tour includes optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob; its app-specific privacy policy explains advertising data and privacy choices.

■ Moji Masquerade does not collect personal information.

■ Your Person keeps relationship information on your device. Private iCloud synchronization occurs only if you enable it.

■ If you choose optional account sign-in, the sign-in providers process limited identity information. Relationship information is kept separate and is not sent to those providers.

■ Information you voluntarily send to support is used to respond to you and operate our products.

Our Website
Mîrakæl Studios does not use its website to build advertising profiles or track visitors across other websites. Our hosting or security provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, request time, and basic security or error logs. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.

Communications and Support
If you email us, submit TestFlight feedback, or otherwise contact us, we may receive your email address, a name you provide, the contents of your message, and screenshots, diagnostic information, or attachments you choose to send. We use this information only to respond, provide support, improve our products, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive relationship information unless it is necessary for your request.

Moji Masquerade
Moji Masquerade does not collect, store, or share personal information. It does not require a Mîrakæl Studios account and does not contain third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or social-media tracking services. Apple may process App Store or TestFlight information under Apple’s own privacy policy, and may provide Mîrakæl Studios with aggregated storefront, installation, sales, or diagnostic reports.

Your Person
Your Person is a relationship-care planning app designed around local storage, user choice, and limited access.

Information You May Store
Depending on the features you use, Your Person may store a partner name; care preferences; favorites, interests, boundaries, and things to avoid; notes; gift, date, activity, and practical-help ideas; plans and calendar details; activity history and responses; ratings and reflections; typed or handwritten notes; optional adult-intimacy preferences; and notification, widget, privacy, and synchronization settings.

You decide what to enter. Your Person does not require a partner’s full legal name, contact information, or other identifying details.

Storage on Your Device
Your Person stores relationship information in protected application storage on your device. It remains on the device unless you explicitly enable private iCloud synchronization. Access is governed by your device security, passcode, biometric settings, and Apple operating-system protections.

Mîrakæl Studios does not receive or read your partner profile, relationship preferences, notes, handwriting, plans, activity responses, or intimacy preferences. This relationship information is not sent to Firebase Authentication, Apple, Google, Meta, advertisers, or data brokers.

Optional Account and Sign-In
An account is optional. If you create one or choose Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in, Firebase Authentication and the selected sign-in provider process only the identity information needed to create and protect the account. This may include an email address, optional name, stable user identifier, sign-in token, and security information. Account identity is separate from relationship information and is used only for sign-in and account security. Facebook sign-in uses Meta Limited Login, and the app disables Meta advertising-identifier collection and automatic app-event logging.

Optional iCloud Synchronization
iCloud synchronization is off until you enable it and approve use of your Apple Account. When disabled, relationship information remains only on the device. When enabled, a copy is stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account so your Apple devices can synchronize. It is not placed in a public CloudKit database, and Mîrakæl Studios does not use it for advertising or analytics. Apple governs your iCloud storage and Apple Account under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Turning synchronization off stops future synchronization but may not erase an existing private iCloud copy. Use Your Person’s data-deletion controls if you also want to remove that copy.

Widgets
Your Person widgets hide relationship-specific activity details by default. If you choose to show details, a limited copy of the current activity information is stored in the app’s protected shared widget container and may be visible while the device is locked. You can hide widget details again in Your Person’s privacy settings.

Apple Intelligence
On supported devices, optional idea generation through Apple Intelligence occurs on device. Mîrakæl Studios does not receive the relationship notes used to create suggestions. Adult-intimacy preferences are excluded from ordinary requests and are used only when an adult user has enabled that category and specifically requests an intimacy-related idea.

Location
Location access is optional and requested only after you choose a feature that may benefit from nearby ideas. When you request a nearby search, Apple Maps receives the search phrase and a nearby region so it can return places within the distance you select. Your Person does not store your exact location in your profile, notes, or activity history, and Mîrakæl Studios does not receive it. You may change location access at any time in your device settings.

Notifications
Notifications are optional. Preferred reminder times are stored on your device, and reminders are scheduled using Apple’s notification system. Notifications are not used for third-party advertising.

Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Mîrakæl Studios does not receive or store complete payment-card information. The app receives the information needed to determine whether a purchase or subscription is active, and Apple may provide aggregated sales, subscription, storefront, or diagnostic reports.

Tracking and Advertising
Your Person does not display third-party advertisements, sell relationship information, use relationship notes for advertising, track users across unrelated apps or websites, provide relationship information to data brokers, or use third-party behavioral-advertising SDKs.

Service Providers and Sharing
We use service providers only as needed to operate our products and website. These may include Apple for App Store distribution, TestFlight, StoreKit, private CloudKit synchronization, notifications, Apple Maps, supported on-device services, and optional Apple sign-in; Google Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In for optional account identity and sign-in security; Meta Limited Login for optional Facebook sign-in; website hosting, domain, security, and email providers; and professional advisers or authorities when legally required.

Service providers operate under their own agreements and privacy obligations. The non-advertising apps described above do not authorize use of their information for targeted advertising. Slalom World Tour uses Google AdMob as described in its app-specific privacy policy. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our rights, or complete a business reorganization subject to equivalent privacy protections.

Data Retention and Deletion
Your Person Relationship Data
Relationship information stored locally remains on the device until you delete it through the app, remove the app, or erase the device. If iCloud synchronization is enabled, the synchronized copy remains in your private iCloud database until you delete it through Your Person’s controls or Apple’s services. Your Person includes controls to delete local relationship information, widget information, and the private iCloud copy when requested and available. Mîrakæl Studios generally cannot retrieve or delete local or private iCloud relationship information for you remotely.

Optional Account Identity
Optional account identity is stored by Firebase Authentication and the selected sign-in provider. You can delete the Firebase identity from Your Person’s account settings. Deleting the identity does not delete separate local or private iCloud relationship data unless you also use the relationship-data deletion controls.

Support Communications and Website Logs
Support emails and voluntarily submitted feedback are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect our services, or meet legal requirements. Technical website logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s operational and security practices and are deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.

Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by Mîrakæl Studios. You can decline optional permissions; disable location, notifications, widgets, or iCloud synchronization; delete local and private iCloud relationship data through the app; delete an optional account identity; uninstall an app; or ask us to delete support communications associated with your email address.

For Your Person, Your Word, and Moji Masquerade, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may need to verify that the request came from the appropriate person.

Children’s Privacy
Moji Masquerade does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Mîrakæl Studios website and Your Person are not directed to children under 13. Your Person’s optional adult-intimacy features are intended only for adults and are disabled by default. If you believe a child provided personal information through a support communication, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by our products, including protected local storage, limited widget disclosure, user-controlled permissions, input validation, and private iCloud storage where enabled. No device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your devices and Apple Accounts with a strong passcode, authentication protections, and current software updates.

International Users
Our products may be available in multiple countries. Privacy rights vary by location. Where applicable law grants additional rights, we will respond to valid requests as required.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date, and material changes will also be reflected in the app or store disclosures when required.

Your Word: Bible Journal

Your Word is a free, ad-free Bible reader and journal. Depending on the features a user chooses, the app may store notes, highlights, bookmarks, journal entries, drawings, reading preferences, and account or synchronization settings.

This information is used only to provide the features the user requests. Mirakael Studios does not sell journal content, use it for advertising, or provide it to data brokers.

Users may choose to synchronize their private information across devices. Authentication and synchronization may use Apple, Google, Facebook, email, Firebase, iCloud, or other services disclosed in the app. Those providers process limited account or technical information under their own privacy terms.

Bible text may be provided through public-domain sources, YouVersion Platform, or other properly licensed publishers. Bible providers may process technical requests needed to deliver Scripture content under their own terms and publisher agreements. Private notes and journal content are not shared with Bible publishers for advertising.

Your Word does not include advertisements, subscriptions, Scripture paywalls, in-app purchases, or paid features.
