Minted Back Office (or MBO for short) is the internal tool Minted uses to organize, process, and track customer orders. MBO is used by DAs and QCs to:
Pick up an order
Check customer details and requests
Download template assets
Upload proofed files
QC proof rounds before approving for customer review
Leave a note to the customer with any relevant information about their order
For DAs and QCs, MBO can be broken into three basic sections:
On Deck
The Proofing Page
The Order Page
This is the first page you'll see as a DA. On Deck allows you to Assign a proof to yourself using the green "Assign To Me" button. Once you assign the proof, MBO automatically redirects to the Proofing Page for the order you are working on.
Also of note is the blue "See your completed proofs" link (located directly below the green "Assign To Me" button). The "See your completed proofs" link will take you to a page listing your most recently worked on proofs, which can be a helpful way to review and track the quality of your work.
Also available on MBO On Deck are individual DA and QC Proofing metrics. Your personal DA metrics and QC metrics will be listed at the top of your On Deck page and can be expanded by clicking on either of the grey bars, to provide a visual graph of your daily metrics. This can be useful when tracking your productivity.
