Design Elements cannot be placed on
envelopes with RCP and RAP (PowerRAP).
Design Elements cannot be placed on some products in the normal order flow. The following would have to be ordered as a Custom SKU instead:

*The OAWW service must be purchased to add a Design Element to a Wedding Website.

Customers may ask to use a Minted Community Design artwork with a different vendor
(non-Minted products).
A digital download is a digital design asset released to a customer.
The Design Element is not a digital download and
can only be applied to Minted stationery products.

All Design Elements cannot be edited or changed beyond the standard proofing limitations (recolors only).
Please use the Extensive Design Request Not Offered note template if the customer has requests beyond recolor editing.

Custom foil-pressed printing is not offered.
Letterpress printing is offered for line or vector Design Elements only.
Minted is currently not offering any digital asset releases for Design Elements.
No Dark Background for Watercolor Design Elements
No Dark Background for Watercolor Design Elements
Dark-colored backgrounds are not recommended with watercolor Design Elements. The watercolor medium looks unnatural over a dark background; real watercolor is never painted on dark paper.
The order should be hotlisted so CS can proactively contact
the customer and explain the issue with a dark background
and the watercolor Design Element. This would help the
customer find the best solution for their vision and provide a better overall experience.
