Any recolors we usually offer for the standard proofing processes would apply to the added Design Elements.
Scenario: The separate Design Element order has yet to be placed, and the customer would like to purchase it to add to their stationery.
Please flag your lead to hotlist the order. Put the order on hold. A CS agent must assist the customer with placing the Design Element order and kicking the order out of hold.
Scenario: The customer is no longer interested in the Design Element
and wants to remove it from their order or be refunded.
Only CS should issue refunds to customers for Design Elements.

Scenario: The customer wants to make changes or edit the Design Element.
The Design Elements have the same limitations as the artwork elements
in Minted’s regular stationery. While we can recolor and adjust their sizing
and placement, we cannot change or edit the design.
The QC should include a note to the customer on
Minted’s Custom Design Service.

Scenario: The customer wants to add a Design Element to envelope printing.
The Design Elements cannot be added to envelope printing due to our envelope printing limitations.

Scenario: The customer wants to select a different
Design Element.
The Design Element is tied to the order and the Community Designer who created it.
We would need to place the order on hold and hotlist for
Customer Service to cancel the current Design Element order
and set up the new Design Element choice in the customer’s cart.
Scenario: The customer wants to reuse the Design Element on a current order
The Design Element can be purchased once and re-used in future orders if it’s the same Design Element.
If the Design Element was used in a previous order and the customer wishes to use a different design, they would need to purchase the new Design Element.
Scenario: The customer wants to
use food icons on their RSVP card.
If the customer is OK with any icon style, please use the icons from the Minted CC Library.
If the customer wants to add a Design Element, the order would need to be hotlisted to assist the customer in purchasing the Design Element.
Scenario: The customer chose a Design Element
with a monogram design.
The Design Element templates in Product Files/Aspera
have stock text.
Remember to adjust the stock text to the names on the card.
