Parent Role:

• Ensure that my child attends school regularly

• Help my child maintain academic standards

• Make sure that my child is on time to all practices and games

• Attend all games to show support whenever possible

• Ensure that my child displays good sportsmanship at all times

• No coaching from the sidelines, cheer positively for my student-athlete

Communicating with a coach about playing time or other issues after a game or event, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• 24-hour rule before there is any communication with a coach after a game or event.

• A parent can email/call a coach or AD about an issue after the 24 hours have passed

• 1st infraction: sitting out of the next game or team event.  If this is the final team event, the athlete will sit out the next school event/function.

• 2nd infraction: athlete is removed from the team
