Mindspace has created the "Mindspace Seal", which elaborates on the various health and safety guidelines, as well as Mindspace compliance with Israel's "Purple Seal".

The local regulations allow for Mindspace workplaces to operate as usual. Members of the Mindspace team are on-site and are happy to assist with any need you may have!

Mindspace services include:

• Mail and parcels are stored in the reception and can be collected Sun-Thu, 9:00 -18:00.
• IT services are available remotely
• Video Conferencing (important these days) available in all our locations
• Fully stocked and operating kitchens
• Weekly Mindspace Hour: fun treats will be delivered individually to your desk.
• Every person entering the site is required to check his temperature, A thermometer will be available at the lobby/ reception/community office/floor entrance.
• We removed some furniture from meeting rooms, to allow you to adhere to the new regulations.
• The lounges’ sitting arrangement enables you to maintain a distance of 2 meters between people.
• Sanitizing hand rub dispensers are placed in prominent spots around the workplace (floor entrance, meeting rooms, kitchens). These dispensers will be regularly refilled.
• Sanitizing wipes are placed in all printing areas and meeting rooms, so you’ll be able to disinfect the surfaces (e.g. desks and tables) and objects (e.g. telephones, keyboards) regularly.
• In order to meet the purple seal regulations cardboard partitions are available through the community team.

• Israel State Guarantee Fund for Small Medium Businesses Loans. Loan amounts may be the higher amount of NIS 500,000 or 8% of last reported turnover.
• What you need to do in order to receive a loan:
  • Your business must be registered in Israel as an authorized dealer, a company, a partnership or an association.
  • Your business must have an annual turnover that does not exceed NIS 100M per year.
  • The business account or your personal account or any of the shareholders’ accounts must not be limited or foreclosed. The business must not be in the process of receivership, in freezing proceedings, liquidation or in a settlement of creditors. Moreover, there is no defective debt and there are no Execution Office proceedings in regards to the business.
• How to apply: GSE Analytical Research and Ben David Shalvi Kop Accounting Firm (BDSK) are the only two companies qualified by the Accountant General Department to handle submissions for the fund.
