 Face To Face 8-Week Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress

The 8-Week Mindfulness for Stress programme is designed for all who suffer with or from stress, anxieties and mild depression. The group sessions are ideal as you will realise you aren't alone in this world with your symptoms. So let Mindfulness in Sheffield guide you through the 8-weeks to release these pains of stress and anxieties and get you back on track with your life.

All are welcome, whether you suffer from stress, or have a few difficulties in life, struggling with the events of Covid-19, exam stress or just want to refresh your practice.

 Face To Face 6-Week Breathworks Mindfulness for Pain

Chronic pain affects lives in many ways, not only do you experience constant pain (Primary) but also (Secondary) suffering that dominates your whole lifestyle health and wellbeing. The MBPM Programme may not completely eliminate pain and suffering but will ensure that it doesn’t dominate your life. MBPM Programme can be as effective as main prescription painkillers and some studies have shown it to be as powerful as morphine. Give Mindfulness ago, you maybe amazed of the outcome.
