Purpose of Alumni and Supporters
The purpose of an alumni and supporters group is to help promote, support, and enhance the improvement of agricultural education at the local, state, and national levels.
What We Do!
Support Students: They coach competitive teams, mentor students, and help with chapter events like the banquet.
Provide Resources: They act as chaperones and drivers for trips, help recruit new members, and host fundraising events.
Assist Advisors: Alumni provide a supportive resource for local agricultural education teachers (FFA Advisors) and students.
Advocate for Agricultural Education: The core mission is to champion and support agricultural education and the FFA organization.
Create Opportunities: Alumni chapters help create community relationships, providing students with chances to shadow professionals and hear from guest speakers.
Ensure Future Success: Through their support, alumni play a crucial role in helping the next generation of agriculturalists and leaders grow their potential
