Digital stories are multimedia presentations that combine the art of reading, writing, and storytelling with a variety of multimedia, including graphics, audio, video, and web design. 

Why is this important?  Our students are digital natives, not only as consumers of digital content, but as creators, contributors and collaborators. The 21st century skills needed for college and career readiness are all embedded in the creation of  a media arts project - including multiple standards all at one time.
