Ms. Brianna graduated as salutatorian from Miller County in 2013 where she was a member of Senior Beta Club and the Pirate Pride Marching Band. From there, she went on to attend Troy University where she marched in the Sound of the South Marching Band. In the spring of 2014, she was initiated into Sigma Alpha Iota, an academic music fraternity for women. During that time, she was also inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta, an honors society for freshmen. 

While at Troy, she studied history, biomedical science, and music. After internship, she was inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, an education honors society. She graduated from Troy in the spring of 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Instrumental Music Education and went on to teach elementary music/art and middle school drama at Southwest Georgia Academy for three years. In the summer of 2022, she got her certification in 6th-12th English and began teaching 9th and 10th grade ELA at MCHS during the following fall. After teaching high school English for four years, she joined the fine arts department as an instructor for yearbook and drama while also acting as the middle school band director for 6th and 7th grade band.
