Registration

The registration for ICSE2025 has closed as of May 13, 2025.

Payment Procedure

The payment method is credit card only.

All payment must be paid only in Japanese Yen.

After the payment is completed, you will not be able to change registration category.

Credit card transaction will be made under the name of KNT co.,ltd or Kintetsu international.

Please use a credit card that is valid at least until July 2025. 

Cancellation Policy　

〈Registration fee〉　

Until April 13th , 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

On & after April 14th , no refund.

Online presentations will not be accepted.

〈Post-Conference tour fee〉

Up to 21days before the date of tour                                       No Charge

20 to 8 days before the date of tour                                          20% of Tour Fee

7 to 2 days before the date of tour                                           30% of Tour Fee

Previous day before the date of tour                                        40% of Tour Fee

before the start of the tour                                                       　　50% of Tour Fee

After the start of the tour or no notice given                            100% of Tour Fee

(All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST: UTC+9))

Cancellation or Change

In case of change and/or cancellation, a written notification should be KNT by e-mail.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours

(Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. except Japanese national holidays).

After working hours, cancelation will be made next day

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following “Terms and Conditions” and “Information on applications for Tour” before making registration and/or excursion reservation.

・I hereby agree to “Tour Terms and Conditions(Domestic Trip)

・You shall be deemed to have agreed to comply with the terms and conditions when you have made a reservation for the excursion.

・KNT and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.

・For any residents of EEA countries, KNT processes personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
