Announcement
•A participant can give both an oral presentation and a poster presentation. However, each participant may only give one oral presentation, and up to three poster presentations. Additionally, there is a limit on the number of oral presenters per session. If the limit is reached, some presentations will be moved to poster presentations.
•The number of proceedings papers submitted by the same individual (corresponding author) should be kept “within reasonable limits.
Your presentation must be in English.
Your presentation support must be saved as PowerPoint or PDF format on a USB key.
If you want to use particular formats such as video, sending your presentation in advance is madaory.
We invite you to load your presentation before the beginning of your session, half a day before your presentation on the computer of your conference room.
To avoid any technical bug and too long installation time, it is mandatory to use only the computer at your disposal. It will not be possible to use your personal computer.
Regular talk (Main hall)
You will have 20 minutes to realize your presentation
(17 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of question).
Your poster should be printed in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
With a portrait orientation (in English).
The posters will be displayed on grids and fixed with clips, which will be given to you upon your arrival.
Thank you for hanging your poster the first morning of the conference, Friday June 13rd, as soon as you arrive at the congress. Thus, everyone will be able to watch it during the breaks and the poster session.
The posters will be displayed in the Small Hall of Rekisaikan. During the conference, there will be two core times (dates and times to be determined). Poster presenters are asked to stay near their posters during the designated times to engage in Q&A sessions
Please pick up your poster on the last day of the conference, Tuesday June 17th, the remaining posters will not be retained.
You will have 45 minutes to realize your presentation
(40 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of question).
