Bryanna  Hazelwood-- 

Assessment Specialist

Bryanna Hazelwood, CPM LDEM is Tooele Midwifery's owner and lead midwife. She volunteers her time as the elected President for Utah Midwives Organization, American Indian/Alaskan Native Advocate for Maternal & Newborn Mortality Review Committees in Utah and Wyoming, as well as spending time with the Utah Women's and Newborn Quality Collaborative.

Bryanna completed her Bachelor in Midwifery studies at the Midwives College of Utah in 2019 and passed her North American Registry of Midwives exam in May 2020. She is a proud member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and a single mom of two strong-willed children who were born at home and bring her so much joy. In her free time, Bryanna enjoys reading, disc golfing, being outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.

Preceptor Liaison

The Preceptor Liaison is responsible for processing preceptor applications and building and maintaining relationships between MCU and clinical preceptors, assuring that clinical sites and preceptors are in compliance with MEAC and NARM standards.  Jenny can be reached at preceptors@midwifery.edu.
