Be 18–24 years old on the opening day of the Fair (Wednesday, July 15, 2026) or be a graduating senior
Be a current resident of San Luis Obispo County (valid ID or driver’s license required for verification)
Have not been married, nor is planning to be married until after her reign (after Fair 2027), and has never given birth to a child
Must never have been convicted of a felony or violent crime

All applications must be submitted by Friday, April 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
All applicants will be notified regarding their acceptance into the pageant.
Contestants will compete in five categories: Interview, Fair/Pageant Proposal, Talent, Evening Gown, and Final Question
A no-obligation informational meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Administration Office at the Paso Robles Event Center. This meeting provides an overview of the pageant experience, expectations, timelines, and an opportunity to ask questions before committing.
The first official pageant meeting for accepted contestants will be held on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
Those selected as Queen and the Court must attend every day of the 2026 Fair, participating in various public events such as introducing performers, meeting dignitaries, and engaging with fairgoers.
