Early Deliveries (before July 9)

Due to limited storage, mail or shipments will be accepted on a vendor's behalf beginning Friday, July 9, 2027 and no earlier.

Any delivery before this date will be returned to sender.

Deliveries During Fair (July 9-25)

For deliveries to you at the Fair, please have all items SHIPPED* only through FedEx, UPS, etc. and addressed accordingly:

Note: FedEx requires YOUR phone number

*For standard mail through the US Post Office (USPS), please use PO Box 8, Paso Robles, CA  93447. Standard mail sent to the street address may be returned to sender per USPS discretion. Please know we do not have daily pick-up so mail sent this method may be delayed

ALL packages and mail must be picked up by the vendor/representative from the Vendor Office in timely fashion. Delivery to your booth is not available.

Deliveries During Fair - Freight/Forklift Required

1. Permissable July 9-25, 2027 only. For Fairtime deliveries (July 14-25), must be during Service & Delivery Vehicle hours only.

2. Vendor or a representative must be present on-site to receive deliveries.

3. Product/delivery must not block lanes, walkways or other vendor's booths.

4. For forklift assistance, reserve in advance with Vendor Manager sabrina@midstatefair.com.

Deliveries After Fair (July 26-on)

Any deliveries for a vendor attempted July 26 or later will be automatically rejected and returned to sender.
