Key Dates

• January 12: Returning Commercial Vendor Application and Commercial Deposit Payment Deadline

• May 15: Overnight Camping/Stock Truck Space Reservation Application Due (Open to invited returning campers only)

• June 5: Commercial Vendors: Deadline to sign contract and pay full booth fee. Last day to cancel space to avoid cancellation fee or penalty.

• June 8: Commercial Vendors: Late fees applied to all outstanding contracts and balances ($100/contract and $100 per unpaid booth)

• June 12: Concessions Vendors: Deadline to sign contract and pay full guarantee.

• June 26: Insurance deadline - COI on file or request to purchase through the Fair.

• July 1: Concessions Vendors: Deadline to submit menus or product list. 

• July 1: Last day to pay with a check. Cash or credit card payment only after this date.

• July 1: San Luis Obispo Health Department Application & Payment Deadline

• July 10-26: Vendor Check-in and Fair Setup

• July 10: Overnight camping lots open  (Open to invited returning campers only with approved reservation application)

• July 14: Last day to purchase additional one-day Work Passes at a discounted rate.

• July 14: Chris Stapleton / Molly Tuttle live in the Chumash Grandstand Arena (Vehicles off by 2:00 pm. Vendor IDs required.)

• July 15-26: CA Mid-State Fair

• July 27: All materials must be removed from the fairgrounds no later than 3:00 pm.
