Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy brings together evidence-based approaches within a collaborative, person-centered relationship. Sessions focus on developing practical skills, clarifying goals, and supporting emotional and psychological well-being. Treatment can be brief or longer-term, depending on your needs, preferences, and circumstances.
Couples & Family Therapy
Couples and family therapy focuses on understanding relational patterns that contribute to conflict or disconnection. Sessions attend to emotional responses, communication, and the ways roles and expectations shape interaction within relationships and families. The work is collaborative and grounded in supporting more thoughtful, effective, and sustainable ways of relating over time.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a dynamic and supportive environment where connection becomes a powerful catalyst for insight and change. While each member brings their own history and perspective, the shared process helps people understand themselves through open, present-centered interaction. The group emphasizes trust, authenticity, and meaningful engagement — recognizing that growth often emerges in relationship with others.
Consultation & Supervision
Clinical consultation is an essential part of professional growth. I offer individual and group supervision for counseling interns and pre-licensed professionals seeking to develop their clinical skills, deepen reflective capacity, and meet goals for graduation, certification, and licensure. My approach emphasizes relational depth, trauma-informed care, and thoughtful integration of theory and practice.
