Self-Pay Session Rates

The following rates apply to self-pay services.

Payment is processed after each session using the card on file. 

Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy

$120 · 55 minutes

Group Therapy

$75 · 90 minutes

(minimum 4 participants)

Individual Supervision

$60 · 60 minutes

Group Supervision

$30 · 60 minutes

(minimum 3 participants)

Payment Method

A valid credit or debit card is kept on file. This card is used to process authorized charges in accordance with the Financial Agreement.

HSA/FSA funds may be used for eligible services.

Billing & Insurance

When services are billed to insurance, claims are submitted after each session. A fixed copay amount, when indicated by the plan, may be collected at the time of service. Any additional client responsibility (including coinsurance or deductible) is billed only after the insurer finalizes the claim and assigns patient responsibility.

Charges are limited to the amounts you owe under the terms of the plan and to fees for missed or late-canceled appointments described in the Financial Agreement.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, an invoice can be provided upon request for submission to the insurer for possible reimbursement.

Accepted Plans & Coverage

Medicare (Part B) and most major commercial health plans are accepted.

Please contact the practice to confirm network status before scheduling. Coverage and benefits vary and are determined when the claim is processed.

Good Faith Estimate and No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act protects healthcare consumers against unexpected medical bills. This law requires healthcare providers and facilities to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges to uninsured or self-pay clients for services offered when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
