Whether you are facing personal challenges or relationship conflict, therapy can offer space to explore concerns, build on strengths, and approach vulnerability with greater clarity and confidence. Our work is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, reflection, and present-centered awareness, with the aim of supporting a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned with what matters most.
For more than two decades, I have worked across learning environments and behavioral health settings throughout the Philadelphia region. This includes clinical work with individuals and families, as well as consultation with schools, community agencies, and treatment programs focused on trauma-informed practice. These experiences have shaped an approach that is responsive to diverse needs while remaining practically grounded and clinically appropriate.
I have received formal training and supervision in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have substantial experience facilitating DBT skills groups in clinical settings. My approach draws from person-centered, solution-focused, somatic, and mindfulness-based perspectives and is guided by individual circumstances. Throughout the process, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship as a source of stability, emotional regulation, and support for values-based action, while remaining committed to ongoing professional development and peer consultation.
