Dear Preschool Parents and/or Guardians:

Kindergarten registration for 2023-2024 school year is quickly approaching.  At this time it is necessary to update your child’s health record and school information.

DPT, Polio, and MMR boosters are required for Kindergarten.  The DPT and Polio boosters may be given as early as four years of age, and the MMR booster must be given two times after one year of age.  We highly recommend that appointments be scheduled at your child’s physician’s office beginning this month due to the high volume of school age children.  Immunizations can be given prior to your child’s annual visit.

We are requesting that all immunizations be completed by Monday, June 6 in order for your child to be completely registered for 2023-2024 kindergarten class.
