Research Simulation Task- This is an NJSLA Writing task that we are going to be bringing into the Science Classrooms 1 time a marking period going forward and to assist the ELA teachers with writing. This will be discussed at the building level in more detail in the future but I have left a few resources for you to begin looking over. The framework of an RST includes 2 or more sources and then students complete an essay comparing and contrasting each source. For example:
1. Source 1: Article/Text Dependent Questions
2. Source 2: Article/Text Dependent Questions
3. Essay: Compare and Contrasting both sources
