Use today's Curriculum Meeting to participate in any of the following:

Grades 4-5 Math-Workstations

• Collaborate with peers on your current unit of study workstations

• Send copies to me and I will create a new Google Drive folder that we can share within and across grade levels.

Grades 4-5 ELA-Unit Planning/Amplify Portal

• Continue to plan your current unit with your peers.

• Reminders:

1. Backwards Design Model- analyze the unit assessment and primary focus objectives first before planning activities for lessons.

2. Lesson Slides-Amplify Portal- integrate both the Teacher and Student model into lessons.  See the Google Classroom page below for resources. While  creating your own slides are fine for lessons, you will need to double check the slides in the Amplify Portal to make sure activities, formative assessments, and checks for understanding are not missed.

3.  Tier 2 Small Groups- look over  your data (i-Ready, Boost Reading, unit assessments) and make changes to instructional groupings as needed.  Remember, if you need some time for small groups during Social Studies throughout the week, that is fine. Fluency and Grammar supplemental lessons are available for small group instruction on the Google Classroom page as well.
