Overall Summary:
The main thing that I focused on during the first semester of my term centered on hearing what you all cared about as my constituents and attempting to address it directly. Due to feedback I received, I created a series of bills, helped to form and promote events from the 2019-2020 commons council, and attempted to gather more information on the changes made to the commons system to keep everyone well informed.

Overall Summary of Goals:
During J-Term I will have three main focuses. The first and foremost will be on feedback I receive from each of you. Representing all of you is the key to what I am doing here so that is at the forefront. Second, I will be using your feedback in regards to the functioning of SGA to help facilitate the upcoming changes to the SGA Constitution, Bylaws and overall structure and communicating with all of you about information stemming from this. Finally, my third focus will be in helping make commons council operate as smoothly as possible and engage in events that each of you can benefit from.
Summary of Events:
During J-Term, I received a lot of feedback from people.
I have changed the nature of the website slightly to address what much of the feedback gave me. One of the most repeated comments was the website is not useful, but portions of it (such as this) are. I left the informational pieces and removed some of the other elements.
Additionally, I will be cutting down on the emails. A little background: I am on Senate but also Commons Council as the only one with emailing permissions for Wonnacott. About 1/3 of my emails were directly as a representative and I apologize for the miscommunication.
On the element of my work in SGA, it was very limited as the two meetings we had were focused on the size of the senate. Based on what I heard as feedback from the vast majority of people in Wonnacott who I spoke to over J-Term, I took the position of maintaining Senate size by adding another Class Representative in order to be more inclusive to different voices. The Senate voted to decrease the size from 15 senators to 10 class representatives instead. There will be a referendum in the Spring where students will be able to decide if they accept this Constitutional change or not.

Overall Summary of Goals:
During Spring Term, I will be trying my best with my co-senators, to create an incredibly productive SGA that does it's best to support and represent the students of our school. I will have multiple events starting in March to engage with members of the community. Hope to see you there!
Feedback is 100% anonymous! I want to know how you feel I am doing as your Senator. I want to know any suggestions you may have, or criticism of my job performance so I can do a better job in representing you.
