📞 How to Request an Interpreter

For All Locations:

Phone Interpreting (All languages):

• Call 123-456-7890
  → Option 1: Connect to vendor interpreter
  → Option 2: Connect to SHC staff interpreter

Video Interpreting (Available in many rooms & iPads):

• Check for a video unit or iPad

• If unavailable, use phone line above

In-Person Interpreting:

• In-person interpretation is available on demand in select languages at main campus locations and elsewhere/in other languages when prescheduled.

To Schedule in Advance (24–48 hrs)

• Zoom link

• Patient language

• Patient MRN

• Appointment date & time

• Provider name & contact info
