Attention Class of 2025 students and parents, please watch our enrollment video for information on how to complete your pre-enrollment form.

Pre-Enrollment forms will be sent out Tuesday, February 2 for Midwest City Middle School students ONLY. Please return to MCMS by Monday, February 8. Otherwise, your classes will be chosen for you. Please read both sides of your enrollment form to help you fill it out correctly. We're excited to see you at MCHS next year!

MCHS Pre-Enrollment for current students:

Students will receive their enrollment forms this week and next week. The forms should be returned to their teacher by the due date for their grade level.

- 9th and 10th grade enrollment forms due Tuesday, March 2.

- 11th grade enrollment forms due Tuesday, March 2.

MCHS Pre-Enrollment for current MDVA students:

Students will return their enrollment forms to the counseling office by email (they are located on the back of the enrollment form) or by dropping them off in the vestibule.

-Enrollment forms are due by Tuesday, March 2.
