Transcript Requests

Please note: 

• Social Security numbers will not be printed on transcripts.  

• ACT/SAT scores will not be provided on transcripts unless requested.

Past Graduates - *The records request MUST be made by the individual whose records should be sent.*  

• Past Graduates (Class 2007 to 2025):  request form

• Past Graduates (Class of 2006 and prior): request form.  

Current Students

• Current Students, during school year:  

  • • Look in your SchooLinks account to download an unofficial transcript.  These will be updated once a year for underclassmen.

• Current Seniors, INITIAL transcript requests for post-secondary enrollment must be requested through SchooLinks.  Directions are posted in your Google Classroom.

• Current Seniors, FINAL transcript request for post-secondary enrollment: 

  • • In April of your Senior year, complete the "Senior Final Plans" Google Form located in the Google Classroom.

    • The transcript will be sent in June after graduation to the post-secondary institution you requested in the form.  If your plans change, please contact :
