The Elevate professional development program has been designed to meet the needs of students seeking experience about the professional world. It is based on the insights from professionals who have interviewed with some of the most prestigious organizations and are leading careers therein. It is designed to provide young African professionals with the skillset most sought after by modern global employers.
Our Application Process
1. Submit An Application
Learn about the program, prepare and submit a compelling application for Elevate. We've designed the application process to the straightforward and simple. You can save and return to your application form.
2. Get Invited to an Interview
Once our application close by midnight September 30th 2021, we will evaluate applicants against our criteria and you'd be invited to interview with us throughout October of your application year.
3. Hurray! You made it.
We will notify all applicants of their status in November. You'd know if you'd be starting a journey to Elevate your career with us.
4. Welcome & Onboarding
We will receive you on the program and help you understand the next steps. You'd be introduced to your Elevator (mentor) and you'd start your journey officially with us.
What we ask of you
To be considered for this program, you need to meet the following conditions:
Have maintained good academic records.
Be enrolled in at least a 3 year-long university program or have graduated in the past year.
Be interested in gaining international experience through an internship.
Be fluent in English.
Be willing to commit to the entire program virtually.
Have access to a smart device.
Submit an application to elevate before the September 30, 2021 deadline.
