Dear Parents/Guardians:
Beginning August 19, 2024, all returning students in grades 10 - 12 are required to complete the annual student update in Aspen. To complete the update, click on the link to “initiate” in the “Start a New Annual Student Information Update” area. You can review the information that the district has on file, such as email address, contacts, and phone numbers. You may also update this information if needed. Please complete the annual student update by October 15, 2024.
Additionally, please review your responses to the Technology Acceptable Use Policy, Consent to Release Information, Military Directory Sign-Off, MCVTS Directory Sign-Off, Medical Agreements, and all other policies and sign-off agreements.

If you have a change of address, ALL residency documents must accompany your request. Requests may take up to 48 hours to complete. If you need to make a primary address change, you must email registrar@mhrd.org and provide proof of residency, as well as the change of address form.
